Which System do you use?

HeroShow 1.0

Updates: HeroShow 1.0 must be updated manually. The latest version can always be downloaded from the customer portal.
Guides: You can find all relevant documents in the customer portal.
Customer Portal: As a HeroShow 1.0 customer, you have received access to the customer portal, where you can find all relevant information as well as the latest application available for download.

HeroShow 2.0

With a ring on the back of the tablet.

Updates: HeroShow 2.0 stays up to date automatically through over-the-air updates. No manual updates are required.
Guides: You can find all relevant documents on this page or directly on the tablet.
Customer Portal: HeroShow 2.0 does not require access to the customer portal. Updates as well as system-related contents and information are provided directly through the application on the tablet.

Are you uncertain of which HeroShow system you are currently using?

You are not sure whether you are using HeroShow 1.0 or HeroShow 2.0? Correctly identifying your system is important, as the two versions differ in terms of updates, guides and access to the customer portal. Simply send our support team a photo of your system. We will identify your HeroShow version and show you where to find the relevant documents, applications and information.

Having an Issue with HeroShow?

Many minor issues can be resolved by fully restarting the system:
Switch off the entire system completely
Then restart all components
Wait at least 3 minutes before using it again
